About

Sabarish Sasidharan Nair

Senior engineering leader, systems thinker, and doctoral research student exploring how intelligent systems and organizational structures shape real-world execution outcomes at scale.

I currently serve as Sr. Engineering Manager at Cox Automotive, where I lead globally distributed teams and drive large-scale engineering initiatives spanning platform modernization, cloud-native architectures, mobile and web applications, and execution governance in complex enterprise environments. My career progression — from hands-on engineering roles to architecture and senior leadership — has given me deep exposure to how strategy, structure, and execution interact in practice.

Earlier in my career, I held senior technical and architectural roles through Infosys and Cognizant, supporting large-scale enterprise systems for Apple, The Home Depot, and Macy's. This included leading frontend and UI architecture for high-traffic consumer platforms, contributing to large cloud and internal systems at Apple, and mentoring onshore and offshore engineering teams across multiple geographies.

I am pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology at MIT ADT University, Pune. My academic research focuses on applying deep learning to automate complex decision workflows — including AI-driven vehicle damage detection and appraisal systems that significantly reduce human subjectivity, inspection time, and operational latency in insurance and appraisal processes.

My research and practitioner experience converged in Triad Flow™, a new execution operating model that challenges process-centric thinking in Agile and Scrum. I write at the intersection of execution models, ownership, and flow — examining why delivery problems persist despite mature frameworks, and how organizational design, decision authority, and structural fragmentation shape outcomes more fundamentally than ceremonies, tooling, or compliance.

Triad Flow™ — Redesigning Enterprise Delivery Beyond Agile and Scrum

Enterprise delivery has a structural problem that no amount of process optimization will solve. This book examines why modern delivery models struggle at scale and proposes a different foundation. Triad Flow™ consolidates execution into a single accountable unit — Driver, Maker, Guardian — where direction, implementation, and governance operate together rather than in sequence.

Co-authored with Sudheesh Sudhakaran and Varun Thazhathekalathil for Book 1, and sole author of Triad Flow™ for AI-Native, Spec-Driven Execution (Book 2) — drawing on over fifteen years of enterprise technology leadership and ongoing doctoral research.
